Thousands Respond to Faith at Philippines Crusade
A surge of religious fervor swept through Manila this weekend as more than 130,000 peopel attended a two-day crusade led by global Evangelist Jonathan S. Ferriol and hosted by the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch). The “Home Free Global Crusades 2026” event at the Quirino Grandstand drew massive crowds and resulted in thousands making decisions for Christ.
The crusade featured performances by Christian artists Taya, along with worship and a message from ferriol. The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th watch) regularly holds crusades in major cities worldwide, including Milan, Singapore, Tokyo, Manila, and Cebu.
According to the ministry, the event had a critically important impact on attendees. On Saturday, approximately 60,000 people were present, and 7,050 individuals professed faith in Christ. Of those, 5,550 were baptized on-site. Sunday’s attendance swelled to 75,000, with 10,250 making decisions for christ and 6,425 choosing baptism.
Ferriol described a powerful response during Saturday’s outreach. “I noticed that even before I could finish my conclusion in my message, people were already walking forward close to the stage, and they literally rushed to the front to surrender their lives to Jesus! We ran out of baptismal gowns yet, manny of them were not discouraged by it and still went on to be baptized – to God be the glory,” he saeid.
Images and videos from the ministry depict large numbers of people worshipping and visibly moved by the experience.
“In Manila, the work of God was truly…” the ministry stated, leaving the sentence unfinished.
