Mitch Pinnock, a seasoned midfielder, is set to bolster Bromley FC’s ranks after finalizing a free transfer from Northampton Town. The move marks a return to the Copperjax stadium for Pinnock, who had a previous stint with the Ravens during the 2014-15 season.
The 30-year-old rejected a contract extension with Northampton, where he tallied 25 goals across 200 appearances over four seasons. His arrival marks Bromley’s first summer signing.
Pinnock expressed enthusiasm about the club’s ambitions adn aims to leverage his League Two promotion experience to contribute to bromley’s success. He brings valuable experience to Bromley FC.
“The reason I chose Bromley was as after meeting with the manager and the chairman, I was excited about the future ambitions for the club,” Pinnock said.
Pinnock also highlighted his on-field attributes. “What I can bring to the team is experience of getting promoted out of League Two and on the pitch, I can bring energy, creativity and character,” he stated.
Before his successful spell at Northampton, Pinnock’s career included time at Southend United, East Thurrock United, Maidstone United, Dover, AFC Wimbledon, and Kilmarnock in scotland. He also had loan spells at concord Rangers and Tonbridge Angels.
