Table of Contents
Get ready, Pixel fans! Google is pulling out all the stops for the Made by Google 2025 keynote on August 20th. This isn’t just another product launch; it’s a party of 10 years of Pixel, and they’re bringing some serious star power to the party.
A Galaxy of new Devices
The teaser dropped today gave us a sneak peek at the entire lineup, and it’s looking notable. We’re talking:
Pixel 10: The next generation of Google’s flagship phone.
Pixel 10 Pro: Expect all the bells and whistles with this one.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold: Google’s answer to the foldable phone craze, and it looks sleek.
Pixel Watch 4: The latest iteration of Google’s smartwatch, hopefully with even better battery life!
Pixel Buds 2a: affordable earbuds with Google smarts.
Pixel Buds Pro 2 (in Moonstone): Premium sound and features in a stylish new color.
Star-Studded Keynote
But the devices are only half the story. Google is going big on the entertainment front, too. Here’s who you can expect to see at the 1 p.m. ET keynote live from Brooklyn, New York City:
Jimmy Fallon: The late-night host will bring his signature humor to the event.
Stephen Curry: The NBA superstar and noted Pixel Watch enthusiast (spotted on Reddit!) will be making an appearance. Google clearly loves the Warriors!
Lando Norris: The Formula 1 driver is part of the Google family, as Google sponsors the McLaren F1 team with ”Chrome wheels” and the Android logo.
Jonas Brothers: Get ready for some music!
And that’s not all – Google is teasing even more celebrity appearances. Who could it be? We’ll have to wait and see!
“Get Outside Your Comfort Phone”
Google’s tagline for this event is ”Get outside your comfort phone,” a clear shot across the bow at Apple and the iPhone. It sounds like the Pixel 10 is going head-to-head with its biggest competitor, and we’re excited to see how it stacks up.
Last year’s Made by Google event featured Keke Palmer and Jimmy Butler, and Giannis Antetokounmpo demoed Android XR glasses at I/O 2025. Google clearly knows how to put on a show!
