Street Closure‍ Details

A‌ section of “Tsanko Dyustabanov” Street in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is ​temporarily ​closed​ for‍ repairs. The closure affects the‌ stretch between “Tsar ​Asen I” Street and the​ Technical University, Plovdiv24.bg reported. Drivers entering the street from ‍”Tsar Boris III – Obedinitel” Boulevard​ have‌ encountered the restriction.

Preparatory ⁣work,including⁢ the removal of asphalt,began earlier⁢ in ​the day. This work is ‌part of a⁤ larger project aimed at improving the area surrounding Plovdiv’s two major universities.

Official Opening and Project Scope

the official commencement ‌of the renovation works is scheduled for January 7th. ⁤ The​ event will‌ be attended by⁣ Plovdiv Mayor Kostadin Dimitrov, Professor Rumen Mladenov, Rector of Paisiy Hilendarski ⁢University, and Associate Professor Nikola Shakev, Director of the Technical University⁣ – Sofia, ⁣Plovdiv branch.

The ceremony will take​ place at the kindergarten located in front of the Paisiy Hilendarski ‍University rectory ⁣on “Tsar ‌Boris III – Obedinitel” Boulevard.

According to the Municipality of plovdiv, the renovation is a​ key component of a long-term strategy to enhance the ‌urban habitat. the project will include the​ renovation ​of sidewalks and landscaping improvements throughout the ​area.
