Rina: Did you hear about what happened to that rental car owner in Banten?
Dedi: No, what happened?
Rina: It’s awful. He was shot and killed by the police at a rest stop on the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road.
Dedi: Wow, seriously? What led to that?
Rina: Apparently, he went to the Cinangka Police Precinct to report a missing vehicle. There was a mix-up, the officer thoght he was from the leasing company, not the owner, and it seems like they just didn’t take his concerns seriously.

Rina: Worse than that. He was asking for backup as the GPS trackers on his cars were offline, and he suspected theft. But the officers hesitated, worried about being outnumbered. Then, it all escalated, and tragically, he ended up shot.
Dedi: That’s so disturbing. How did the police react to this?
