Tromsø,Norway – A New Year’s gathering of hundreds of teenagers at the Alfheim swimming pool has overwhelmed authorities in Tromsø,prompting a police response and raising concerns about underage drinking and safety.

Police estimate that over 100 youths, primarily minors, have congregated at the facility. The situation escalated quickly,leading to six individuals being removed from the premises for setting off fireworks and consuming alcohol underage.”Parents who are aware that their children are at the swimming pool are urged to pick them up,” police stated in a public appeal, highlighting the urgency of the situation.
