Toronto police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with two separate sexual assaults that occurred on May 9 and May 10, 2026.

The first incident took place on Saturday, May 9, in the Riverside neighborhood. Police were called to the area near Dundas Street East and De Grassi Street at approximately 8:10 p.m. Following reports of a sexual assault.

Investigators report that a group of women were walking on the sidewalk when an unknown male suspect approached them in close proximity. The suspect allegedly took hold of the victim’s forearm with one hand and made verbal sexual advances before sexually assaulting her and fleeing the scene. The victim was not injured.

The second assault occurred the following day, Sunday, May 10, at approximately 5:30 p.m. In the city’s west end near Dundas Street West and Bloor Street West.

Police stated that a woman was inside a commercial building when a male followed her into an office space. The suspect allegedly approached the victim from behind and sexually assaulted her before fleeing. Investigators noted that the suspect and the victim were not known to each other, and the victim was not injured.

Toronto police have released images of the suspect, who is described as a male approximately 6-foot-2 to 6-foot-4 with a slim build and short hair. He was last seen wearing a plaid jacket, dark pants, and running shoes.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with further information is asked to contact Toronto police at 416-808-7474 or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
