VATICAN CITY (AP) — Pope Francis died Monday at his Vatican residence, Casa Santa ⁤Marta. He was 88.

According to a death report released⁣ by the Vatican, a cerebral stroke⁣ led to the pontiff’s death.⁢ The report indicated the stroke caused a coma and irreversible cardiocirculatory failure.
