TV personality Porsha Williams, known for her openness, recently shared photos from her first post-divorce vacation with girlfriend Patrice “Sway” McKinney. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star celebrated the new year in Los Cabos, mexico.
Williams, 44, posted a reel of the getaway, dubbed “Swaycation” on her Instagram, showcasing a relaxing and fun-filled trip. “Cabo but onyl like this ¤ï¸ Best way to bring in the new year! #swaycation 💋 #R&R â˜€ï¸ TY,” she wrote.
The couple enjoyed typical baecation activities at the Four Seasons, including fine dining, adventure, and poolside relaxation. McKinney commented on williams’ post, “I enjoyed every moment with my gorgeous baby. ¤ï¸ “
McKinney, a licensed master barber and founder of Encore Salon Suites in Atlanta, also shared her own recap of the trip on Instagram.
“Los Cabos doesn’t owe me a thing! 🔥A much needed vaca after all the work I been putting in!” McKinney wrote. “We rode bikes, drove UTV’s, did the cold plunge, went to the spa and got full body messages [sic], went swimming, ate good and laughed for 5 days straight!😩😂 P is literally the funniest person on earth. What a way to bring in the year! Sometiems we get so caught up in work that we forget to treat ourselves. I’m taking trips all year!”
Williams and McKinney publicly launched their relationship in november 2025, with Williams wishing McKinney a happy birthday on Instagram. She later attended McKinney’s birthday party, confirming their relationship. Williams first hinted at dating a woman in October during CultureCon in New York City.
During BravoCon, Williams expressed her happiness with McKinney, stating, “For my fans and my supporters, just know that I’m being taken care of and I’m happy.My nervous system is calm, so that tells you that’s a good person.”
Williams was previously married to Simon Guobadia, from 2022 until their divorce in 2024. The divorce was finalized in june 2025 after Guobadia was deported to Nigeria. She was also married to former NFL star kordell Stewart from 2011 to 2013.
