The findings come from two randomized, placebo-controlled trials—STOP-HS1 and STOP-HS2—that evaluated the drug’s efficacy and safety in a combined cohort of 1,128 participants.
Phase 3 Trial Shows Povorcitinib Reduces Lesions in Severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa
