Jakarta – president Prabowo Subianto met with Bank indonesia (BI) Governor Perry Warjiyo at the Presidential Palace in Central Jakarta on Friday afternoon.The meeting occurred following the recent issuance of a new Government Regulation (PP) by the ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi).
Warjiyo arrived at approximately 5:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and reportedly broke the fast with President Subianto before departing the palace.
The Governor declined to comment on the specifics of his discussion with the President. Thank you,
he stated as he walked to his vehicle.
When questioned about whether the meeting addressed the current state of the financial market, Warjiyo again demurred, saying, Thank you, no. Thank you.
