Two artists, Lin Lizheng (third from right) and Yang Lihua (third from left), received the Beijing Municipal Intangible Cultural Asset Certificate.
Preserving Cultural Heritage
Jiang Wanan noted that this year (113) coincides with the 140th anniversary of the founding of the city of Taipei, so the donation ceremony was specifically chosen to be held in the Ximen and Menga regions and to pay tribute to Lin Lizheng and Yang Lihua, two influential figures in the legacy of culture and art.
Jiang Wanan said that it was Master Lin Lizheng who had worked hard for decades even in the Palace Museum. Master Lin Lizheng had skillfully restored the collection and selflessly passed it on to many students.

Jiang Wanan thanked Lin Lizhengyi (pictured above) and Yang Lihua for their years of dedication, and noted that the piano restored by Lin Lizhengyi and Yang Lihua’s classic record ”Riding a White Horse” will also be on display in the Bopilia Historic District.

Continuing the Legacy
Jiang Wanan expressed his special thanks to each partner and friend who contributed to the cultural heritage, the city government team will continue to work hard to preserve and continue the legacy of cultural resources, and hope that every citizen can witness the promotion of culture.
