Preston North End has secured the services of forward daniel Jebbison from Bournemouth on a season-long loan. The move marks Jebbison’s return to the championship, where he previously played on loan for watford. He made 13 appearances for Watford but did not score.
The transfer also reunites Jebbison with Paul heckingbottom, his former coach at Sheffield United. Heckingbottom, now managing preston, narrowly avoided relegation last season, staying up by a single point.
Heckingbottom voiced his enthusiasm for the arrival of the 21-year-old Jebbison, expressing a strong belief in the young player’s capabilities and potential role within the team.

During his time with Sheffield United, he also had loan spells at Chorley and Burton Albion, where he scored nine goals in 23 appearances during the 2021-22 season.
Bournemouth acquired Jebbison in July 2024. He was initially loaned to Watford but recalled in January 2025. He scored three goals in 21 appearances for Bournemouth, including appearances in the Carabao Cup before his loan to Watford.
