During 2025-2026, PROSPECT plans to acquire new assets, resulting in real estate values exceeding 10 billion baht. This is expected to drive total income to 1-1.1 billion baht.
Intensive Investment Assets
However, the trust’s investment assets are concentrated in terms of location, tenants, and rental contracts. The 10 largest tenants account for 40% of the total rental space, and the termination of lease contracts or reduction in rental area may impact operating results.
Lease Contract Expirations
15% of the space lease contracts will expire in 2024, while 23% will expire in 2025, and 37% will expire in 2026.
