The Champions League final, which saw PSG triumph 5-0, marking their first championship in over three decades, was overshadowed by widespread rioting and violence.

The French Interior Ministry confirmed that two ⁣peopel died and 192 were injured during the⁢ PSG victory ⁤celebrations. Authorities made 559 arrests, with 491 ​occurring in Paris alone. The⁢ unrest⁢ also left 22⁤ police ⁢officers and seven‍ firefighters injured,according to the⁤ ministry.
