PTI Leader Sher Afzal Marwat Hospitalized with COVID-19
Member of National Assembly and senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sher Afzal Marwat has been admitted to hospital after testing positive for COVID-19.
Sher Afzal Marwat took to social media platform X to share the news, stating that initial tests revealed he was infected with the virus after falling ill.
He described his condition, saying, ”My temperature is very high and my body is painful, which led to my hospitalization.”
Marwat requested prayers for a speedy recovery, adding that doctors have assured him the COVID-19 epidemic is now less deadly.
It’s worth noting that Sher Afzal was recently arrested for attending a rally in Islamabad but was later released on bail.
