Kuwait City – February 8, 2026 – Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, arrived in Kuwait today for an official visit.

The Qatari Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation were received at Kuwait International Airport by Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait, along with عبدالعزيز دخيل الدخيل, Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan, Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador Aziz Rahim Al-Daihani, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as Ambassador Ali bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud, Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait, and other senior officials, according to state news agency KUNA.
