Kenneth Paal will depart Queens park Rangers (QPR) when his contract expires on june 30, 2025, concluding a three-year stint wiht the club. The left-back joined QPR from Pec Zwolle in June 2022.
During his time with the Hoops, Paal made 130 appearances and scored six goals. The 27-year-old expressed gratitude to the club and its supporters in a farewell message, highlighting the personal meaning of his time in London.
Paal reflected on his favorite QPR moments, including the team’s victories against Burnley and Stoke, which secured their place in his first season. He also fondly recalled his goal against Huddersfield.
“From day one, I enjoyed every moment,” Paal said. “The people at the club as well as my team-mates helped me and my family, and I will always be thankful… I became a father here and my little one was born in London, so this will always be a special place and time for me.”
He also praised the QPR supporters for their unwavering support, both at home and away games. He noted that having his own song was a new and cherished experience.
“I always felt their support at Loftus Road and at the away games, too.Even in the tough games and moments, they were there,” Paal stated.
