Queen’s University Belfast 2025 Scholarship Policy Updates are as follows:

International Office Scholarship £3,000 – £5,000

Automatic exemption, no application required, students will receive a scholarship email after receiving the conditional admission letter

Undergraduate

£3,500 (class 1 tuition fee, excluding laboratory teaching courses)

£4,000 (category 2 tuition fee, including laboratory teaching courses)

Postgraduate PGT

£3,000 (all AHSS courses)

£4,000 (all EPS and MHLS courses)

£5,000 (EPS and MHLS courses related to sustainability, such as environmental engineering, climate change, sustainability leadership, etc.)

Notes:

AHSS Humanities, Social Sciences and Sciences, EPS Engineering and Physical Sciences, MHLS Medicine, Health and Life Sciences

Business School PGT Chinese Student Exclusive Scholarship £6,000

Automatic exemption, no application required, students will receive a scholarship email after receiving the conditional admission letter

For Chinese students studying PGT courses in all business schools

Early Confirmation Scholarship £1,500

New students studying full-time degrees for the 2025/26 academic year will receive a £1,500 tuition fee waiver for the first year, regardless of the number of places available.

Some majors are not eligible for this scholarship, such as undergraduate dentistry and agricultural technology. Please refer to the official website for the full text of the terms and conditions.

Undergraduates and taught postgraduates: Receive an unconditional admission letter and pay all tuition fees after deducting the scholarship before August 31, 2025

Research postgraduates: After receiving the unconditional admission letter, pay the full tuition fee after deducting the scholarship within 90 days before the start date of the course.

*The start date will be stated on the admission letter

How to apply：

After meeting the above conditions and paying tuition fees, please be sure to send the payment receipt and personal information to the scholarship department’s email address for registration and confirmation.

Please note that the International Office Scholarship/Business School PGT Exclusive Scholarship (1 2) can be used in conjunction with the Early Confirmation Scholarship (3), with a maximum scholarship of £7,500.
