A 28-square-meter luxury tiny home in Queenstown’s Jacks Point suburb has sold following significant buyer interest, with the property carrying a price guide of $2.4 million.
The property, located on Woolshed Road within the Hanleys Farm development, was sold as a single lot. It comprises two sections totaling 1,400 square meters of lakeside land beside Willow Pond.
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty agents Julia Franklin and Gareth Ireland reported that the campaign generated hundreds of enquiries, with an offer received during the first week of marketing.

According to Smith, these high-end sales are being driven by buyers from Auckland, Australia, and Singapore.
