Specifically, he allegedly​ lied‌ about ‍his drug use on the required federal ‍form. The Department of Justice detailed the gun charges ​ on September 14, 2023.

Legal Proceedings ⁢and Trial ‍(2024)

Hunter Biden’s trial on the federal gun charges ​began in June 2024 in Wilmington, Delaware.the prosecution ⁢presented evidence ​suggesting Biden‍ was a ⁣habitual ‌drug user ⁣at the time of the firearm purchase,contradicting his statements on the ⁣ATF form.
