Brindley filed a federal court motion June 16, asserting that the Bureau of Prisons is endangering Kelly’s life. The filing requests court intervention, stating that Kelly’s life “actually depends on it.”
Following the medical emergency, kelly was taken to Duke University Hospital in Durham, N.C.
