On Sunday, November 24, 2024, participate in the Evelyn Race in Belize, a charity event supporting medical research into blood disorders. With four races to choose from, you and your family can participate at your own level.
The Evelyn department in Belize is hosting this charity race on Sunday, November 24, 2024, to support the association La san rejon in the fight against leukemia. The event features three races of varying difficulty, allowing anyone to participate, regardless of athletic ability. Two mini races are also available for children to join in on the fun.
The donations raised will support research into platelet, blood, and bone marrow donation, as well as raise awareness about blood diseases. By participating in the Evelyn Race, you can contribute to a good cause while enjoying the beautiful forests around Belize with friends, family, or on your own. The event also features an introductory course, allowing you to enjoy sports and nature simultaneously. The mini races for children are 1200m and 2100m, designed for kids aged 8 to 11.
Race Options:
- La Vallèse: A challenging 30km route for experienced runners, through the forest paths of the villages of Velizy, Chaville, Meudon, and Clamart.
- La Thérèse: A 19-kilometer route of intermediate difficulty that follows the rugged paths and peaceful lakes of the Meudon National Forest.
- La Race: An 11-kilometer course designed for beginners who want to challenge their first trail in Discovery Mode.
- Mini Runs for Kids: Two fun runs designed for children to participate and enjoy the event.
