Racket Rivalry Renewed: Nishikori Clashes with Fucsovics in Thrilling Tennis Showdown

The first round of the men’s tennis Slovakia Open 2024 (Slovakia/Bratislava, indoor hard, ATP Challenger) was held on the 30th Japan time (local 29th), and the world ranking 140th Kei Nishikori defeated 3rd seed M. Fucsovics (Hungary) in a heated full-set battle 6-2, 1-6, 6-1, making it through the first round and winning in an official match for the first time in about a month.
