Emma Raducanu said she is feeling safer as Wimbledon approaches,after officials prevented a man who had been stalking her from purchasing tickets. The Grand Slam tournament begins Monday.
The 2021 U.S. Open champion had been stalked at WTA events earlier this year in singapore, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. She was visibly upset after spotting him at the Dubai Championships in Febuary.

“Wimbledon and everyone did an amazing job,” Raducanu said. “I got a notification, the police contacted me and told me everything was OK.”
