Samdasoo Badminton Club Spreads Joy of Sports to Local Children
Jeju Development Corporation’s Samdasoo Badminton Club conducted a volunteer work event at Jeju Buk Elementary School’s main auditorium, donating badminton talent and goods to the local community.
In partnership with the local children’s center ‘Our Neighborhood’, the club provided badminton education and goods to approximately 20 children, focusing on teaching badminton rules and basic skills.
The event aimed to expand children’s opportunities to participate in sports, develop their social skills, and set future goals. Through badminton education and games, the children experienced the joy of the sport, showing improved skills and active participation.
Chief Kang Tae-min expressed his pride in seeing the children learn and enjoy the game, stating, “We will continue to spread the joy of sports to more children through opportunities like this.”
