Ghada Abdel Razek Prepares for 2025 Ramadan Series
Actress Ghada Abdel Razek is set to participate in the 2025 Ramadan season with a new series, for which she has begun preparations.
Ghada Abdel Razek will reprise the iconic film “Shabaab Woman” and play the role of the late artist Tahia Karioka.

The film “Youth of a Woman” is a landmark of Egyptian cinema and one of the most famous films of Tahia Karioka.
The 1956 film “Youth of a Woman”, starring Tahia Karioka, Shukri Sarhan, Shadia, Abdel-Wareth Asr, Siraj Munir, and Firdous Muhammad, was written by Amin Youssef, with a screenplay by Salah Abu Saif, and directed by Salah Abu Saif.

This is not the first time Ghada Abdel Razek has re-presented an artistic work. She had previously re-presented the film “Al-Batiniya” in a television series shown in Ramadan in 2009, which was originally presented in the cinema in 1980 by the artist Nadia El-Gendy.
Ghada Abdel Razek recently starred in the film “Tani Tani”, which marked her return to cinema after a long absence. The film featured a large cast, including Ahmed Adam, Bayoumi Fouad, Amir Salah El Din, Thara Zabeel, and Mahmoud Hafez, and was written by Muhammad Nawabi and Ala Hussain, and directed by Sherif Ismail.

Ghada Abdel Razek also participated in the series “Hunting Scorpions” in the Ramadan season of 2024, written by Baher Douida, directed by Ahmed Hassan, and produced by Phenomena. The series starred a large cast, including Riyad Al-Khuuli, Simon, Manal Salama, Mayer Al-Ghaiti, Ahmed Gamal Said, and Muhammad Ala.
