Ranbir Kapoor and his mother Neetu Kapoor welcomed Ganpati Bappa home a few days ago during Ganesh Chaturthi. The mother and son, who had been lovingly caring for the deity, finally bid an emotional farewell to the elephant god today. They had earlier traveled to an immersive theatre in Mumbai to perform the last aarti before Ganpati Visarjan.
In the video, the two Kapoors can be seen walking towards the immersion site. Ranbir Kapoor was holding an idol of Ganpati Bappa while his mother was holding a silver kalash with a coconut inside. Neetu Kapoor looked stunning in a simple beige kurta with pink floral prints. She paired it with white silk pyjamas.
