Ravi to Lead Growth Strategy and Innovation at Tessolve

Tessolve announced the appointment of Ravi Kumar Chirugudu as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) on April 6, 2026. The appointment is effective immediately.

In his new capacity, Chirugudu is tasked with leading the semiconductor firm’s growth strategy. His primary objectives include broadening the company’s global engineering capabilities, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating innovation across high-performance computing and the semiconductor sector.

Executive Experience and Strategy

Chirugudu is a technology leader with more than 35 years of experience spanning product development, embedded software, systems, and silicon. At Tessolve, he will spearhead business operations excellence, global technical strategy, offerings, and engineering to ensure the delivery of complex engineering solutions to a global customer base.

Prior to this appointment, Chirugudu held senior leadership roles at Wipro, Altran (Aricent), and HCL Technologies. His professional history includes managing large P&L portfolios and scaling global engineering organizations by building cross-regional and cross-functional teams.

Srini Chinamilli, Co-Founder and CEO of Tessolve, stated that accelerating global demand for semiconductors is creating opportunities across the entire semiconductor lifecycle, specifically in systems integration, validation, packaging, and design.

Company Capabilities and Leadership

The appointment of Chirugudu joins a leadership team with extensive industry backgrounds. Co-Founder and CEO Srini Chinamilli has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor management and engineering. Before co-founding Tessolve, Chinamilli held management and technical positions at Centillium Communications and Cirrus Logic. He holds a Bachelor in Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

The leadership team also includes Dr. Veerappan V, who serves as President of New Projects and Public Relations. Dr. Veerappan has more than 33 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a career that includes the following roles:

• Head of Operations and Business Development at BPL Telecom
• General Manager of Operations at Motorola, where he managed HR, PR, Facilities, MIS, Admin, Systems, and Commercial
• Territory Manager at DCM Data Products
• Customer support and national sales operations lead at Wipro Technologies
• Association with Sterling Electronics
