British singer RAYE has released “Suzanne,” a new single in collaboration with producer Mark Ronson. The song marks the first official partnership between the pair, though RAYE previously worked at Ronson’s London studio early in her career.
The collaboration between RAYE and Mark Ronson was facilitated by Audemars Piguet’s APxMusic series, celebrating the watchmaker’s 150th anniversary. Ronson expressed admiration for RAYE’s evolution as an artist, noting the collaboration felt like perfect timing.
The pair recorded “Suzanne” during late-night sessions in London, New York, and Los Angeles. Ronson said the resulting music blends their individual styles and takes them to new creative territory.
