RBN Hosts Live Broadcast Amidst Political Developments in Poland

A session of Poland’s National Security Council (RBN) concluded today, February 11, 2026, sparking initial reports and commentary. The meeting, which began at 2:00 PM local time, focused on a range of issues, including questions surrounding the conditions attached to a loan program known as SAFE, and the stipulations linked to the disbursement of funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).

Karol Nawrocki, reportedly speaking after the session, raised concerns about the terms of the SAFE loan, suggesting a need for greater scrutiny. He drew a parallel to the KPO, characterizing it as having become a tool for political maneuvering. President Duda also reportedly criticized the government for failing to provide recommendations regarding the Council of Peace, and directed remarks toward Włodzimierz Czarzasty.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk departed the Presidential Palace around 6:00 PM. The Republic Broadcasting Network (RBN) is providing live coverage of these and other unfolding political events in Poland and internationally.
