Minister Koné also highlighted the priorities of the Program National d’Amélioration des Premiers apprentissages Scolaires (PNAPAS) and urged inspectors to increase their involvement in monitoring and supporting teachers.
“Chaque acteur de l’éducation sera évalué sur sa contribution à la mise en œuvre du PNAPAS. Vous devez encourager les enseignants performants, effectuer des visites d’observation au moins une fois par trimestre et superviser les journées pédagogiques.L’avenir de notre école en dépend“ (“Every education actor will be evaluated on their contribution to the implementation of PNAPAS. You must encourage high-performing teachers, conduct observation visits at least once a quarter, and supervise pedagogical days. The future of our school depends on it”), she insisted.
