Marcellus Wiley, husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley, is facing additional accusations of rape, bringing the total number of accusers to seven. Four more women have come forward alleging sexual assault by Wiley, a former NFL player and sports commentator, according to a report from Rolling Stone on April 29, 2026.
The new allegations detail incidents that reportedly occurred while Wiley was a student at Columbia University. These claims add to three previous lawsuits filed by Jane Doe accusers who also allege rape during his time at the university.
According to Rolling Stone, the accusers allege a pattern of predatory behavior. Details of the alleged assaults include unwanted sexual contact and a disregard for the accusers’ objections. The report indicates that the incidents occurred throughout Wiley’s time as a student at Columbia in the 1990s.
Wiley has previously denied allegations of sexual assault. In late 2023, he addressed a prior lawsuit on YouTube, dismissing the claims as “BS,” as reported by Yahoo News. As of the Rolling Stone report, Wiley had not yet responded to inquiries regarding the latest lawsuits, and Columbia University has not issued a statement on the matter.
The initial lawsuit against Wiley surfaced ahead of his debut on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2023. The accusations prompted scrutiny of Wiley and his wife, Annemarie, as they joined the cast of the reality television show.
The ongoing legal battles and allegations against Wiley continue to develop. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
