In a separate auction, a 28-acre non-residential farm at Rathconrath, Mullingar sold for €296,000, which translates to over €10,500 per acre. This farm included a small yard with basic livestock facilities.

Wicklow Farm Sale

A 66.5-acre farm in Rathsallagh, Co. Wicklow, sold before the scheduled auction. This property, located 2.5 km from Dunlavin, is noted for its quality ground in permanent pasture and good road access. The sale price was above the guide of €700,000, according to Clive Kavanagh from Jordan auctioneers.

The competing bidder was a local farmer.
