Refresh Points Status System
JBA has established a renewal system with the aim of encouraging people to continue learning even after acquiring various coaching licenses. For the refresher training, we have set a minimum number of points to be acquired for each license as a renewal requirement. However, we do not want people to just clear the renewal requirements, but to continue learning more. For this reason, we have established a status system that grants status to coaching licenses depending on the number of refresher points acquired.
Purpose
The purpose of this program is not just to have employees take the annual training, license-specific training, and minimum refresher training, but also to serve as an opportunity and motivation for them to continue learning more on an ongoing basis.

Content and Method
Employees who earn a certain number of refresh points each year will be awarded a status title, and benefits (incentives) will be set according to that status.
* Status is determined by the points earned up to the previous year.

(*1) Background wallpaper for online meetings, etc.
(*2) Priority entry and seating at JBA-sponsored events such as coaching clinics, participation rights in exclusive training sessions, etc.
(*3) Awards for those who have achieved the same results for 5 or 10 consecutive years
*The contents of the benefits (incentives) are subject to change.
Transitional measures
The system will be introduced gradually from fiscal 2024, with some conditions being relaxed in fiscal 2024 and 2025.
┗2024: Status will be reflected based on performance over the two years from 2022 to 2023
(Example: 2 points for 2 consecutive years gets bronze)
┗FY2025: Status will be reflected based on performance over the three years from FY2022 to FY2024
(Example: 2 points for 3 consecutive years earns bronze)
┗From FY2026 onwards: Status will be reflected based on performance over the past four years up to the previous fiscal year.
(Example: 2 points for 4 consecutive years earns bronze)
