While we are currently proceeding with preparations for the concert, we are still considering and discussing whether or not to hold the concert. Please be advised that the concert may be canceled depending on the course of the typhoon.
We will promptly announce our future measures on our official website and elsewhere as soon as they have been decided, so please pay close attention to the information on our official website.
Regarding the operation of the concert, the following is currently planned, however, this may be subject to change.
The minimum arrival time is between 10:00 and 16:00 on Saturday, August 31st, however, with the typhoon approaching, there is a risk of the structure falling over or being damaged.
Depending on the weather, it may be very dangerous, so we may be forced to cancel the display.
We ask for your cooperation in refraining from sending flowers for this performance, if possible.
For customers who have already made arrangements for flowers but have had them delivered to the venue due to being unable to cancel, please note that they will be displayed depending on the situation as described above.
