The ability to anticipate and share insights, and to seek continuous improvement through feedback, is highly valued.

The role demands a consultative selling approach, requiring a deep understanding of the clinical and scientific aspects of the diseases being treated. RAMs will be expected to proactively address healthcare provider questions and concerns, aligning clinical data with strategic goals to influence treatment decisions. Navigating the healthcare landscape, including academic institutions, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and accountable care organizations, is also crucial.

Amgen is seeking candidates with a doctorate degree and two years of relevant experience, a master’s degree and six years of experience, a bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience, or an associate degree and ten years of experience in account management, sales, or a commercial role. Preference will be given to those with at least three years of experience selling in-office injection/infusion products requiring extensive coordination with patient access services.

The expected annual salary range for this position in the U.S. Is $211,167.00 to $239,480.00, with additional benefits including a retirement plan, health and welfare coverage, stock-based incentives, and award-winning time-off plans. Flexible work arrangements may also be available.
