Reiniks Announces Emotional Latvia Concerts Following Fan Demand

Reiniks Announces Emotional Latvia Concerts Following Fan Demand

March 8, 2026 Marcus Rodriguez - Entertainment Editor Entertainment

After a period away from the stage, Latvian singer, actor, and television host Lauris Reiniks is set to embark on a comprehensive concert tour across his home country in March 2026. The tour, aptly titled “100% Lauris Reiniks,” promises a deep dive into his extensive catalog and a vibrant live experience for his devoted fanbase.

The announcement, made in late November 2025, signals a return to regular touring for Reiniks, who has enjoyed a multi-faceted career spanning music, television, and acting. The tour is a direct response to enthusiastic requests from his listeners, a point Reiniks emphasized in a statement. “I am really excited about the upcoming meetings at my concerts in Latvia,” he said. “I owe this largely to my dear listeners, who have warmly and actively encouraged me to organize this tour.”

Reiniks intends the tour to be more than just a performance of his hits. He envisions a celebratory reunion with his audience, encompassing not only his music but also the energy and showmanship that have become hallmarks of his live shows. “I am 100% sure that it will be an emotional, lovely, fun, and true reunion with my music, dances, jokes, and the show on stage,” he stated. “We will sing and enjoy the evening together with all our hearts, and I will be, as always, 100% Lauris Reiniks. Just the way you know me and expect me to be.”

The “100% Lauris Reiniks” tour will feature a mix of well-known favorites and lesser-played tracks, revitalized for the stage. Reiniks promises surprises and special guests will also be part of the experience, adding an element of unpredictability to each performance. The concerts will be supported by a seasoned band, including pianist Jānis Miltiņš, guitarist Jānis Kalniņš, bassist Toms Kursītis, and drummer Dairis Petrauskis. Vocalists Marta Kukarane-Fabriciusa and Antra Kūmiņa will provide backing vocals, and the performances will be enhanced by choreography led by Beāte Svarinska and her dance team.

The tour schedule kicks off on March 7th in Riga at the VEF Cultural Palace. Reiniks will then take the show to Ulbroka Cultural Center “Ulbrokas Pērle” on March 12th, followed by a performance in Valmiera Cultural Center on March 20th. He returns to Riga for a second show at the VEF Cultural Palace on March 24th, adding an extra date to meet demand.

The tour continues eastward to Rēzekne on March 22nd, with a performance at the Latgale Embassy “Gors.” Liepaja will host two concerts on March 29th – a daytime show and an evening performance – both at the OC Rose Hall. The tour concludes in Jelgava at the Cultural Center on April 2nd.

Tickets for all performances are available through Biļešu Paradīze, Latvia’s leading ticketing platform. The tour represents a significant moment for Reiniks and his fans, offering a chance to reconnect and celebrate a career built on musical versatility and engaging stage presence.

Reiniks’s career has seen him navigate various facets of the Latvian entertainment industry. While details of his early work remain largely within Latvian media, his consistent presence on television and radio has cemented his status as a recognizable figure. The Eurovision Song Contest, a prominent platform for launching international music careers, has seen Latvian participation over the years, though Reiniks himself has not yet represented the country. The 2024 contest, recently concluded in Malmö, Sweden, saw Switzerland emerge victorious, but the focus is now shifting back to national scenes like Latvia as artists prepare for future opportunities.

The announcement of the “100% Lauris Reiniks” tour comes at a time when live music is regaining momentum following the disruptions of recent years. For Latvian audiences, the tour offers a welcome opportunity to experience a beloved artist in a live setting, and for Reiniks, it’s a chance to reaffirm his connection with the fans who have supported his career for years. The tour’s success will likely be a barometer of the continued appetite for established Latvian artists and the health of the country’s live music scene.
