7 Neck Exercises to Relieve Pain

1. Neck Tilts

  • Sit comfortably and keep your back straight.
  • Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
  • Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.

2. Chin Tucks

  • Sit or stand up straight.
  • Gently pull your chin in towards your neck.
  • Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

3. Neck Rotations

  • Keep your head straight and relaxed.
  • Turn your head to one side, aligning your chin with your shoulder.
  • Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center. Repeat on the other side.

4. Shoulder Shrugs

  • Sit or stand with your arms relaxed.
  • Inhale and raise your shoulders towards your ears.

5. Forward Neck Stretch

7. Upper Trapezius Stretch

  • Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.
