Billy’s Obituary
Billy passed away peacefully on November 16, 2024, at St. Camillus Hospital in Limerick. He lived in Castletroy, Co. Limerick, and was formerly from Templemore, Co. Tipperary. He had a long career with the Bank of Ireland in Roscrea, Miltown Malbay, and Limerick.
He is survived by his wife Mary, daughters Aisling, Niamh, and Martina, and sons-in-law Peter, David, and Diarmuid. His grandchildren, Aisling, Maria, Jennifer, Emer, Mark, Aoife, Alison, Liam, Kate, and Eoin, as well as his great-granddaughter Sadie, will miss him dearly. Billy is also remembered by his brother Sean, sisters Peggy, Kathleen, and Anne, along with brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
His family invites you to honor his memory. The funeral will be at Grey’s Funeral Home in Templemore on November 18, from 6 PM to 8 PM. A Requiem Mass will take place at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Templemore on November 19 at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
