Kathryn Suzanne Fuller, age 73, of Port Orchard, Washington, passed away on November 23, 2024. She was born on September 22, 1951, in St. Joseph, Michigan. Kathryn dedicated her life to her family, career, and passions.
Kathryn was the daughter of Harry Rice and Ruth Calkins, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her siblings William Rice, James Rice, and Patricia Tillman, as well as her first husband, Lanny Smith. Kathryn is survived by her siblings Donald (Sherry) Rice and Ronald Rice, both of Michigan, and her second husband, Bruce Fuller, of Port Orchard.
Kathryn’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her children: Bradley Smith, Craig Smith, Andrew Smith, and Alexander Fuller, along with her grandchildren Julie Kaczmarek and Caledon Smith.
A graduate of St. Joseph High School in 1969, Kathryn earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lake Michigan College in 1987. She had a successful nursing career that spanned over 30 years, serving patients in Michigan, North Carolina, and Washington State. Her compassion and dedication significantly impacted her communities.
