Remembering Phoenix Allen Biller: A Life of Adventure and Joy in Fulks Run, VA

Phoenix Allen Biller, 22, of Fulks Run, VA, died on November 17, 2024, at UVA Medical Center. He was born on July 11, 2002, in Charlottesville. He was the son of Billy E. Fulk, Jr. and his wife Viola, and Crystal Biller.

Phoenix brought happiness to those around him. He had a friendly nature and made friends easily. He viewed life as an adventure and loved to flirt. He cherished the time spent with his cousins.

He is survived by his parents, three brothers—Damion Cullers and fiancé Alice Taylor, Rusty Fulk, and Scotty Fulk— all from Fulks Run. He also leaves behind one nephew, River Cullers, three aunts, and four uncles.

The funeral service, led by Pastors Scott Budde and Rich Reed, will take place at 2:00 PM on Friday at Mtn. Grove Brethren Church. The burial will occur in Mtn. Grove Cemetery.

The family invites friends to visit from 6 PM to 8 PM on Thursday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
