“You have to get it right. You no if it’s on base, and you know if there’s collaboration,” he explained. He maintained that the current arrangement is a “seamless transition” but reiterated his opposition to a long-term presence of soldiers in law enforcement capacities.”I don’t want to see soldiers operating in space. I don’t think they want to be doing that.”
