Marrakech Housing Initiative: Dar Saada Group to Lead Rehousing ‌effort

A ‍notable step towards improving living conditions⁢ in Marrakech is underway⁣ with the selection ‍of eight real estate operators to provide housing for families currently residing in unsafe and unsanitary ⁢areas. ⁣The initiative, launched through a call for expressions of interest, aims​ to ‌deliver a‌ total of 23,000⁢ properties to those in need.

The Residences Dar ⁤Saada ​(RDS) group emerged as‌ the primary beneficiary of the program, securing the largest ⁣share of⁣ the housing allocation. RDS itself was awarded 7,650 units,⁢ while its subsidiary, Saada 10, received an additional 7,773 units. Combined, the RDS group will deliver over 67% of‍ the total housing‌ – a ample commitment⁢ to the project.

Somebal followed as the second-largest provider, allocated 4,234 properties. Other companies selected ‌to participate ⁣include Addoha,Immolog,Tanger sakane,and the Yousra real estate​ company. Though, the ‍Addoha group received a comparatively small allocation, with 87 units assigned to ⁢the main company and an additional 21 units to its subsidiary, ‍Addoha Essalam, totaling 108 units.
