2. Howth Cliff Walk – Dublin

On sunny winter days, the Howth Cliff Walk is unbeatable. Located in north Dublin, it has trails along the cliff’s edge for fresh sea air. There are several trails, with the longest taking around 3 hours. It’s perfect for those wanting a gentle workout.

3. Ballycotton Cliff Walk – Co Cork

The Ballycotton Cliff Walk welcomes all ages and fitness levels, but proper footwear is advised. This 3-hour round trip showcases beautiful views of meadows, the ocean, and a lighthouse, making it ideal for families.

4. Diamond Hill – Co Galway

For those heading to Letterfrack, a hike up Diamond Hill is a must. The boardwalk trail is safe and provides fantastic views of Western Connemara. The most popular trail takes about 2.5 hours to complete, making it accessible for everyone.

5. Spinc Walk in Glendalough – Co Wicklow

This picturesque trail takes a little over three hours and features the Poulanass Waterfall, as well as stunning upper and lower lakes. Voters praise the "amazing views" and "beautiful trail."

Bonus: Bray to Greystones – Co Wicklow

This popular coastal trail offers breathtaking views. You can start in either Bray or Greystones, walking along the coast. Planning to stop for lunch is a bonus, and you can always take the Dart back to your starting point.
