TIJUANA, Mexico – Revolution Avenue in Tijuana is currently hosting the XVIII Old Book and occasion Fair, an event drawing bibliophiles and casual browsers alike. The fair, organized by René Castillo, began April 9 and continues through May 4, offering a diverse selection of literary works during the Holy Week holidays.
Located at Station number 25 of the Integral Transportation System of Tijuana (SITT),between Second and Third streets in the city’s downtown area,the fair has transformed a busy transportation hub into a haven for book lovers. The event attracts attention from both pedestrians and drivers passing by.

Rare Finds and Affordable Reads
Visitors can explore thousands of books priced at 30, 50, or 100 pesos.The selection includes literature, history, philosophy, art, and humanities titles. Both discounted and discontinued books are available, along with “rare” or first editions for collectors.
Participating Booksellers
Booksellers from Mexico City and Tijuana are participating in the fair.
