Revolution in Motion: Ubis’ ‘Genesis II’ Proves Its Mettle in RVR Tests, Unlocking New Possibilities
Ubis’ “Genesis II” Successfully Completes First Global User Test
Ubis’ ”Genesis II,” a game that boldly challenges the subculture genre by adding open world and large-scale RVR, has successfully completed its first FGT (group test) aimed at global users.
Unlike the demo version at the previous Play Expo, which focused on the boss raid mode to show off the action, this FGT was conducted to intensively test the RVR mode, which pits multiple people against each other.
According to Ubis CEO Shin Jun-ho, the test was planned to be conducted with a small number of people for technical inspection, but more than 4,500 people participated, exceeding expectations.
The participants had different age groups and preferred genres, demonstrating that the design intention of ‘Genesis II’ to satisfy users with different tastes, including subculture, open world MMORPG, and RVR, is working well.

The test provided comfortable and trouble-free gameplay during the testing period, showcasing Ubis’ technological prowess.
The response from users has been very favorable, with the majority of participants responding that it was interesting to be able to enjoy everything from subcultural genres to large-scale RVR.

Participants also responded that the way of enjoying multiplayer with characters developed in single player was very refreshing and that it has a structure that allows for multiplayer activation.

Ubis CEO Shin Jun-ho said, ”I think we got good results in the tests because more people than expected participated in the test. We are preparing for the next test and will confirm the results soon.”
