Coreline Soft Showcases AI-Powered Medical Solutions at KCR Conference
Coreline Soft, led by CEO Jin-guk Kim, is set to participate in the Korean Society of Radiology (KCR) conference, taking place at COEX from October 2nd to 5th. The company will demonstrate its cutting-edge AI solution, ‘AVIEW Chest’, which can detect lung cancer screening and micro nodules and masses simultaneously.
The KCR conference is a premier platform for radiologists and industry professionals to showcase innovative medical solutions and devices that provide optimal medical care. Last year, the conference was attended by approximately 3,500 radiologists and officials from 38 countries worldwide. At booth B-10, Coreline Soft will also showcase products optimized for the emergency room treatment environment, including ‘AVIEW CHEST’, ‘AVIEW NeuroCAD’, and ‘AVIEW Aorta’.
AVIEW CHEST is a combination medical device that analyzes lung and cardiovascular diseases with a single CT scan. This device automates CT image analysis and captures a deep learning-based network structure to automate segmentation, measurement, and analysis of symptoms as well as anatomical structures. It can detect abnormal findings such as pulmonary nodules and masses and also includes an automatic aortic segmentation function.
Coreline Soft has set up a visualization material and consultation corner at its booth, where medical staff can experience the latest technologies firsthand and have in-depth discussions about solutions that can be applied in actual clinical environments.
AVIEW CHEST is being used in a study to find early diagnosis and appropriate treatment for lung cancer using artificial intelligence (AI), which was selected as an excellent case of the 2024 AI Voucher Support Project. Chonnam National University Hwasun Hospital is conducting a study, ‘Simplifying Efficiency and Verifying Performance of Lung Cancer Diagnosis Using AI’, using the product. Professor Jeong Won-gi stated, “Early diagnosis of lung cancer is crucial in clinical settings, and introducing a lung cancer diagnosis AI solution will allow for faster and more accurate results.”
Coreline Soft is developing a product lineup, including ‘Quantitative Analysis of Fatty Liver’, ‘Body Fat Evaluation’, ‘Spinal Stenosis’, and ‘Spinal Bone Density Evaluation’, and plans to develop a solution that will provide customized services to patients by comprehensively managing collected data in the future.
