The Shanghai Branch of ⁣China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd. has entrusted Shanghai Information Investment Consulting Co.,⁣ Ltd. to purchase the audio​ and video equipment integration ⁤project (Section 1: Audio and Video Integration ⁣Services) (Procurement Project No.: 2024 Procurement-051) in the form of open bidding. The funds for this project are self-raised by the tenderer, ‍the funds have ‍been secured, and the bidding conditions are met. Potential​ bidders who are interested ‌and have the ability​ to provide the ‍subject ⁢matter (hereinafter referred​ to ‍as ‍bidders) are invited to participate in the bidding.

Tender Content, Scale⁣ and ‌Scope

1.1 ⁢Bidding Content: In order to cooperate with the head office’s video conference system transformation work and meet ‍the audio and video conference hardware needs ⁣of branches at all levels, unified procurement⁣ of audio and video equipment and ⁢integration services is now ‌carried out. This bidding section is audio and⁢ video integration services, providing design solutions for ‍the procurement ⁣of audio and video ⁢equipment ‌for branch conference rooms, and implementing equipment installation ​and system debugging according to the designed solutions.

1.2 Scale: 3 years.

1.3 Scope: Audio and video equipment integration ‌project (Section ⁢1: Audio and video integration services) (2024 Procurement-051). (For details, please refer to the relevant contents of ‌the technical‌ service specifications‍ in the bidding documents)

Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1 Basic Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1.1 The bidder ‍shall be a legally and financially independent⁤ legal person or‌ legally registered organization within the territory ⁣of the​ People’s ‌Republic of China (excluding Hong ⁤Kong, Macao and Taiwan). ⁣The bidder shall operate legally and be independent of⁣ the tenderer and the procurement agency. The bidder shall⁢ have good bank credit and business reputation.

3.1.2 If ⁤the legal representative or unit head of the bidder is the same person or‌ different units with a controlling or management‌ relationship, they shall not participate in the ⁤bidding for ​the same bidding section ⁣or the same⁢ bidding project ⁢without bidding sections.

3.1.3 The bidder shall provide a separate letter of‌ commitment on the⁣ ability to issue special VAT invoices ​for this project (except‌ for situations where the issuance ⁣of ⁤special VAT invoices is not applicable as⁣ stipulated ⁣by relevant national laws and regulations).

3.1.4 The services that the​ bidder intends to provide‌ for this project must meet the qualification conditions and relevant‍ requirements stipulated by the state and⁢ the‌ tenderer. The bidder must ensure that⁤ all ​the contents ⁤in ⁣its bidding documents are true and valid. A separate letter of commitment ‍must be provided.

3.1.5 This project‍ does not accept joint ventures.

Obtain Bidding Documents

5.1 Anyone who intends to ‌participate in the bidding‌ is requested to send personnel to obtain relevant information and purchase bidding ⁣documents⁣ from the procurement agency from 9:00 am to 16:30 pm Beijing time from September 6 to ⁣September 10, 2024.

5.2 The price of ⁣each set of bidding documents is RMB Five Hundred Yuan (￥500) and is non-refundable.

Submission of⁢ Bidding Documents

6.1 The deadline for submission⁤ of bidding documents (i.e. bidding⁢ deadline) ‍is 8:45 a.m. on September 26, 2024 (Beijing time).

6.2 ⁣The place for submitting bidding documents is 1st floor, Building 23, No. 196, Ouyang Road, ‌Hongkou District. The recipients are the ​relevant personnel of the agency. The time for collecting bidding documents on site is from ‌30 minutes before the bidding deadline to the bidding deadline. Bidding documents delivered ‌after the deadline‌ will be rejected.
