[디지털데일리 이안나기자] Oracle announced on the 4th that Serveone, a domestic purchasing solution specialist, has built its own industrial goods distribution platform ‘Subone Store’ based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Through this, Serveone conducted big data analysis on the existing accumulated product database (DB) of approximately 1.2 million products and an average of 50,000 newly registered products per month, and managed approximately 200,000 representative products customized for each industry. IT infrastructure operating costs were also reduced by 10%.
Serveone introduced OCI Golden Gate for data conversion required for highly relevant data filtering and synchronization. We were able to secure consistency between heterogeneous DBs and perform real-time analysis. Additionally, license maintenance costs were reduced by utilizing the Oracle support rewards program.
In the future, Serveone plans to maintain stable customer service based on OCI and actively utilize online platforms to manage existing customers and attract new customers.
Serveone Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Sangwan Kim said, “We were able to reduce costs and strengthen business competitiveness with Oracle’s proven DB and customized cloud solutions.”
Yu Jung-yeol, Vice President of Oracle Korea Cloud Division, said, “Oracle will continue to support cloud services for leading domestic companies in various industries and promote business success.”
